Terms of Service

This website is operated by [TODO: Company Name Ltd] ("we", "us", "our"). It lets you upload a photo of your driveway, generates an AI mockup of how it could look after a professional jet-wash, and optionally introduces you to a local tradesperson for a free no-obligation quote.

We are an introducer. We do not perform surface-cleaning services ourselves. Any work you arrange with a tradesperson is a separate contract between you and them.

The after-image we generate is a digital approximation produced by a third-party AI model. It is intended to give you a rough sense of what your driveway might look like after cleaning. Actual cleaning results depend on the specific surface, level of soiling, and the tradesperson's equipment and method. We make no warranty that real-world results will match the mockup.

• You confirm you own the property in the photo, or have permission from the owner to share it.
• You provide accurate name, phone and postcode information.
• You agree that the tradesperson we introduce may contact you about your enquiry.
• You do not upload photos containing other people's faces, vehicle number plates, or any third-party content where you don't have the right to share it. [TODO: confirm wording with solicitor — there's some risk with number plates in driveway photos.]

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for:

• Any work performed (or not performed) by the tradesperson we introduce. That is a matter between you and them.
• Inaccuracy or unrealism of the AI-generated mockup.
• Indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data.

Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at [TODO].

If you are unhappy with work done by the tradesperson we introduced you to, please raise it with them first. If unresolved, you may have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 against the tradesperson directly. We can pass on a complaint to them on your behalf but we are not party to the work contract.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
